If you see “VPN REQUIRED”
The restriction page indicates that public access is unavailable. The service uses server-side request handling and may return 403 Forbidden when access is restricted.
What you should not do
Do not enter passwords, authentication codes, or other credentials into pages that are not explicitly designed for sign-in. The heyreid.me Help Centre does not ask for account credentials.
Checking availability
The Service Status page treats an expected restricted response from Mail Administration as a healthy state.
